but now im confused if soda doesnt mean coke then why ask for a Diet soda. then you'd get what ever one the waiter feels like giving you. here you call it by its name.. i want a coke you get coca cola. i want a pepsi you get pepsi. i want a sprite you get sprite... its all very easy
or we'd say what soft drinks do you have. Or what fizzy drinks do you have? we wouldnt go into a restraunt and say a fizzy drink please. so why would you say soda? to mean all the different types of fizzy drink? :wtf::wtf::wtf:
