I know it's hard not being settled in! That's why my diet is still all over the flippin' place!!!

Yesterday I had oatmeal for breakfast, banana nut bread and a strawberry smoothie on the road and then a fried chicken salad for dinner- best chicken ever, I think. And then played a few games of beer pong, so that kinda threw everything off track. :(

I finally got to see myself in a good size mirror, and I can tell I am losing weight. I like. :D

Yesterday I had dry lucky charms for breakfast, a KFC bowl for lunch, and then one of the guys cooked dinner- pork, asparagus and baked beans. REAL food. It was *awesome*!!!!

And more beer pong, so everything got canceled out. Again. But I had fun!

Will took me out for breakfast yesterday- Bob Evans- phenomenal. Then we walked around the Cryptology Museum for a while. We went to this place called Savage Mill- lots of little shops and some really cool antique furniture. Lots of walking. Then we walked around this HUGE mall for a while- I bought shoes! He got me to try something called Bubble Tea- it has tapioca balls in it and you suck them up through the straw. It was good, but very different. Had some sorbet at Savage Mill. Went to a bar, had a couple drinks, went to Chipotle, got a MONSTER burrito. And then came home and played beer pong. I only had one drink left, so I played once. :( I tried playing with vodka, but that wasn't my smartest idea ever.

I think the walking made up for the burrito.

And here is bubble tea:

It's on wikipedia also.

Oy I worked my arse off today. Lucky I haven't much stuff to move, but it's still bloody hard work!!!!

I ate a piece of wheat toast, a bun, potato salad and french onion soup without cheese or croutons. Super yum.

I'm feeling poorly in the stomach again. Not sure what's happening there but is getting v annoying.

Weight down a bit though ---- 45.9kg, woohoo. Stomach seems flatter which is nice.

Ate cucumber and leftover couscous today. Didn't keep any of it down. TMI?

I am 169cm (Google says this equals 5'6.5"). I have a v tiny frame, tiny teensy lil bones. Almost nonexistent really. 41kg (90lbs) is the ideal weight on my frame.

Where are you getting your info from??

Using the BMI index which is absurd puts your lowest weight at 115

If you are way below the BMI which you are then you are seriously underweight right now.

Even if you were only 5' tall you would be underweight.

And that is putting it mildly. Because the BMI has me being obese at a ridiculously low weight.

I spent a great deal of time as a teenager in inpatient eating disorder treatment centres. I'm pretty certain that they said 41kg (90lbs) is my ideal weight given my build. I have teensy weensy bones. I don't think I'm underweight, and especially not seriously underweight.

Not counting real food, on Friday I had a bottle of wine and a pint of butter pecan, yesterday I had no less than 8 glasses of wine. Tonight, I plan on no less than one bottle and a pint again.

I don't even care any more. I'm out, Soph. Sorry.
