ROFL!

That is totally acceptable then!

Today was bad for me, so far. Breakfast out- biscuit and gravy, and then Chipotle for lunch- my dad had never been!!!

I did not get back on track today either. I had a salad for lunch which was good good, and then I didn't have any supper because Soleil went camping with Celia & family for the weekend...so I went over to Brent's and got sidetracked....LOL.

Did crap today. Not looking good for tomorrow either. Had a huge fucking fight with Brent tonight and pulled over whilst driving home to have my fingers for dessert. Why? Who the hell knows. Stupid stupid stupid stupid. (But it felt so good...) :(:(:(:(:(

11 down and another 17 to go

I made my goal to dump the first 10 lbs before I see my doctor on Wednesday for a long over due physical. Got the blood pressure back where it should be but still need to get the cholesterol down. Ate a lot of fish the last 6 weeks and ate cherios in the morning which should help. She wants me on pills for the cholesterol and I am dead set against that as it is not good for the liver. Also taking green tea pills. Can't stand the tea itself. Also taking FBC which is a fat blocker. That is supposed to improve weight loss but I don't see it happening. But then I have been on a lower fat diet the last 6 weeks. It is too expensive to keep up but if it helps with the cholesterol I might have to reconsider. This is the first time I really tried to watch what I ate to some degree before getting the cholesterol tested so I am real curious as to the results.

So far so good today. Slept in (a bit), had a turkey sandwich and a salad for lunch. Went out to the pool for almost two hours, swam laps for part of it. Not many though. Two piece suits and laps don't go well together. :( I'll have to hit up Wally for a one piece. Forgot how much I LOVE being in the water!

That's what the bakery bag says. It's a little biscuity type thing that pulls apart in layers and is quite flaky. I can take a picture for you! Just a sec.

Finally pulled my scale out of the car. Not as accurate as it could be since it is evening, but I have lost just shy of 3 pounds since I left Mississippi! YAY!!!!!!

I'm going to beat you to it today! A first, perhaps?

Had beef jerky for breakfast- was craving meat :dunno

Had a chicken, rice and BBQ mixture for lunch- very yummy! ooh! With cheese.

Dinner was soup and salad, and I had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich after- they come in mint now. VERY excited about that!!

I either drank 1.5 or 2 gallons today. Can't remember how many times I refilled the pitcher, but at least three pitchers.

No exercise, but I am *planning* on going for a run tomorrow. The point I want to run out to is about 1.7 miles or so out, and then back in. We'll see if I can go over 3.

my first roomie was a born runner who was on the track team in high school. He always talked about doing an out and back. Said never worry about times but just find a point to run to and back from. Anybody that wants tips on running I can try to help. I ran the 1976 Detroit Marathon. I did it on a dare. My roomie thought I could never do it. :D

The farthest I have ever done is three. And on a treadmill. But I was told there was no way I could do three, so I got on and ran and ran and ran, non-stop, until I hit three.

The plus to an "out and back" is that once you get out there, you only have one way to get home. Kinda forces you to not half ass it.

I may PM you for some running tips later after I have had time to think on it.

when i was in high school we had to run a timed mile and I would try to keep up with the other guys for the first quarter mile and would be dead after that. It is all about pacing. I initially wanted to qualify to run the Boston Marathon but they changed the time you had to beat and no way I could get done that fast.

Today was the best day I've had for eating in heaps long!!!!

I had breakfast - Special K red berries, dry.
I had lunch - melba toasts with salsa
I had supper - Broccoli soup with a bun
I had a snack - strawberries

Woot! Go me! Eating proper!

I still have your plan printed out in my wallet, Kim, and as soon as I get settled somewhere, I fully plan on implementing it.
