Ahh this is Kim's domain!!! Sophie the former eating disorder hospital patient is so not the best judge of that kind of thing.

I didn't eat much today. A half a biscuit for breakfast (it was HUGE) and the better part of a sausage patty. And then two bowls of chicken chili for dinner and then a frosty... I blame Sam for that one. LOL

Sophie- I am going to sit down TOMORROW and see what I can come up with for you! Dana- if you are interested, I can make suggestions. Just PM me any allergies and let me know what foods you like and absolutely will not eat!

Some of the eating habits you folks have are not conducive to dieting. If you cut the intake too much your body reacts and shuts down. Better to eat regular and exercise.

I have been a yo yo dieter all my life. I enjoy being lazy and also eating. I get addicted to exercise though. I used to be a runner but those days are long gone. I got back to walking. It works. I started at 4 miles a day averaging at least 6 days a week for the last 6 weeks. But upped that to 6-8 most days the last couple weeks.

I do feel better. Lost about 10 lbs. With another 20 to go to get where I should be. It sucks getting older as the weigh does not peel off like it used to.

I know mine is awful right now! I just haven't been able to get back into a good routine. :( I hate it. I'm eating less- not intentionally- and I am gaining weight. :( I just need to have access to a real kitchen again. *sigh*

Super awesome CONGRATS about the ten pounds!!! Slow off means it'll stay off (or more likely anyhow).

I know I have shite eating habits too. Always have done. Spent many months inpatient in an eating disorder clinic as a teenager actually. All I learnt there was how to do it better. Ahh well.

HTC made me a lovely eating plan that I will try to follow!

Oh, and today I ate:

A bowl of Special K, dry, with blueberries
Carrot sticks and pineapple for lunch
Banana and almond butter sandwich for supper

Alrighty...I sort of went by your suggestion, Kim, but the 193 carbs sort of freaked me out so I modified it a bit...hope that's okay...

Breakfast was whole grain toast with peanut butter, blueberries and soy milk
Lunch was a plain salad (lettuce, onion, cucumber, carrot)
Supper was bean sprouts with grilled eggplant

Lots of water. Not too bad overall?

49.6kg today :)

Let me think... I slept in super late yesterday, missed breakfast :( Had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with mustard pickle and tomato and then chili over chips for dinner. Drank a gallon of water. LOTS of trips to the bathroom! LOL

Today is going to be rough. I am feeling super hormonal right now and honestly think I could eat a horse! I want to raid everything in this camper.

I am enterring this thread shamefully today. All I ate today was an icy pole. One of those mini ones in the plastic sleeve, you know?

Sophie! That's just sugar! (and carbs, btw!)

I had cereal for breakfast, and then made a big pot of chicken, rice, corn, rotel and cheese for lunch. Dad and I had those leftovers for dinner. Not much for variety really.

Today I had cereal for breakfast, and Chipotle for "lunch" (I just finished it! LOL). Dad want seafood (ICH) for dinner, so likely a salad.

I need to kick it into gear though. I went up a notch on my belt. That's what I get for not wearing it daily. :( Guess I'll be going to the HS tomorrow for PT.

I know, I'm terrible!!

Today didn't fare much better....I was helping Celia paint her deck all morning so had three bottles of water doing that. Then had a shower and a nap after, was shattered. Woke up and fixed watermelon and strawberries for supper for me and hummus/pita for Soleil. I intended to do better, I really did!!!

Down again in weight though (49.4kg) which is good but bad...good in that I'm losing but bad in that it's encouraging me to keep this up!

Well I was a bad mum today and I dropped Soleil off with Celia & kids so I could spend the day lounging sluttishly in bed with Brent. Fed each other grapes. Drank copious amounts of wine. Got quite a lot of exercise though....lol....

I will get on track tomorrow!!!!!!!
