But today's "contract" has no teeth. It's as easy to divorce as it is to marry these days. Easier.
But today's "contract" has no teeth. It's as easy to divorce as it is to marry these days. Easier. Culturally, we don't value marriage as a legal contract so much as a commitment of love. I'm simply advocating that we acknowledge the fact and treat everyone equally - gay & straight, joined and single.
Well, I wouldent title myself that but I do think I hold my own in most cases.so you're a master-debater?
You guys realize that being married goes beyond pieces of paper rightHuh??? You need to do some research. Just because you stand in a church and have a ceremony doesn't mean you're legally married. That's equal to me saying that standing in front of the congregation claiming to be a born-again virgin makes me have an intact hymen.

I don't think acknowledging some parts of standing one's ground are harder than others is being a hypocrite. Hopefully people do what they can on all issue for which they are passionate. Every little bit helps. The least we can do is try to steer our "forward thinking" country towards human rights.
its true. dont hate on an american company for their views but pass over the rest of the world because it would make your life more complicated.. if you want to stand your ground. do it but dont be a hypocrite about it
