Surprisingly good reviews for this book. And I'm starting to get into fantasy and with a background like this that is quite Roman I could get into this genre. I've been thinking about reading this all day.

I am currently reading "A Short History of Nearly Everything" by: Bill Bryson. Highly recommended.

That one is on my future reading list.

I think I'm gonna begin two at the same time: Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal and To Kill a Mockingbird

I'm sure you have already - but just to make sure - have you read Game of Thrones? :D

I also read Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell a couple years ago and really enjoyed it.

I really loved GOT. :)

I did not, however, love the latter. In fact, I put it down after the first few chapters I believe. :24:

HAHA! I actually hated it in the beginning, but ended up enjoying it at the end! I'm really stubborn about quitting books. I've only quit maybe 4-5 books in my life.

Here's one book I have on my wishlist that was recommended to me by a friend: http://www.amazon.com/Tigana-Guy-Ga...UTF8&coliid=IDDOEZGLHHJPY&colid=11N9WD1TBB77O

I can't vouch for it personally, but supposedly it's good for fantasy lovers.

Outstanding book... :)
I've started the Sookie Stackshouse Book 11- Dead Reckoning on my wife's Nook and I'm loving it, the book. I just wish each book was longer. It's so much better than True Blood on HBO... I'm still undecided on the Nook. Undoubtedly as a dedicated book reader I like it's size better than the iPad, but the iPad does so much more. :)
