So mistakes are ok as long as they are not intentional?
And who in the hell would want to antagonize their manger..about something that isnt work related?
Antagonizing other employees on a personal level is a fire-able offense at any job....so why is she allowed to antagonize the manager of all people?
How about this.....fuck with the manager get canned..nice and simple.
But with this union he has to allowed being treated like shit by the employees...but he cant treat the workers like shit...brilliant.

what happens off the work place has no bearing on what happens at the work place. If they had a personal disagreement outside of work, why does he then have the right to fire her first and then look for a reason later....thats unfair treatment!

You didnt say it was off the work place...but not that it really matters.
Antagonizing the manager then crying after termination isnt very adult IMO.

So If I lets say start beating on your door at 3 am and calling etc to keep you up all night...I shouldnt get fired ?
The fact you have to call in sick now isnt important as it happened off the work place.

So if a kid beats up another after school he shouldn't be punished by the school?

How about sexual harassment after work..is that still sexual harassment...."Now will you fuck me..its after hours you know"

Your examples place the offenses in the jurisdiction of law enforcement not school and work respectively.

Its on topic...liberals have always been big supporters of unions due to the give give me mentality and the feeling that they should make more than they are worth.

Not at all..however a ceo salary should be determined by the company....All you have expressed is another display of jealousy ...of "the ceo makes to much"
Typical...whining about what others make but want the luxury of union abuse in order to be over compensated for their employee worth.

No, Typical desire for fair treatment, not being stepped on by others simply because they have the means to do so , and it further lines their pocket at others expense....

If we want the world to be fair then lets divide all the money and just cut me a check...and make all sick days equal..all hours equal..hell lets all get first shift while we are at it,,,then go harass our boss during the middle of the night and expect no consequences.
I want bigger bathrooms like the women's.

There are already labor laws to protect from being treated unfairly.....Unions go beyond and demand outside of the law.
If one feels they are being treated unfairly then either leave or use the law in regard

And dems prefer to do the trickling directly .... or do they? Who'd all that stimulus money go to? Didn't it go directly to the big corporations so that they could keep their people employed? I hear a little trickle.

So the Dems are fine as they are, just give them a "check and balance"?
Republocrats is what I call the two parties that have cooperated with each other for over a century to share the power in federal and state legislatures and shut out any other competition. So no, dems are not fine.

Tea party was co-opted by the GOP but they still hold themselves as seperate. You should look at their website. There is some interesting stuff on there....

My other issue or maybe impression about the Tea Party is are they against taxes period or are they promoting a discussion about what we want to get for our hard earned tax dollars? It seems like it's mostly a protest against high taxes which are at their lowest point since WWII. Go figure. Are they the people who don't want to pay any taxes? ;)

Absolute bullshit.

You want to see where the money is going? The information is available to everyone, it always has been.
The tea party keep screaming that they are the Taxed Enough Already Party, yet they are too stupid to realize that their taxes are lower today than anytime in recent history.

It has nothing to do with transparency/
