I have never liked the man, his hair, anything. And now all this talk of Obama not having an American birth certificate and him saying he wants to run for President. Frankly, I'm thinking of moving to Ireland or Canada if he wins. Shudder :yuk

I think he is an interesting personality. I am not sure if he is presidential material but someone with a business background would be refreshing.

He doesnt bother me. I think most politicians would act the way he does, but they are scared of the backlash. Trump has just done it for so long people are used to it. Atleast he says what he feels and doesnt shove BS down our throats, just telling us what they think we want to hear.

Although the mental picture of him walking in to the Presidential office and saying to Obama, "You're Fired!"
Makes me laugh.

I dread this coming presidential election anyway, it just cannot end well. It can, however, end better than Trump lol.

I'm finding him very amusing right now :p

of course that is probably because I don't find BO amusing in the least :thumbdown

The Donald is fortunate to have what I call "FU" money, it's a very freeing thing to have

I don't mind Trump and I wouldn't shoot his presidential bid down just yet. Yes, he's always talked about running for president, but if he actually attempts it this time, it should be interesting. I also like his ambition and blunt personality.

Honestly, Trump would be an infinitely better selection than the man that's in the White House right now. He has an extensive business background and is a political outsider. Obama hasn't held a real job in his entire life and was woefully unequipped for the office of President.

If you move past the rhetoric and ignore the birther crap he would be a good choice. He has a clearer view of where we are at and where we need to go. Something our current Pres is clueless on.

Be very careful what you wish for... :dunno

Trump has made it clear that he would balance the budget by imposing a one time tax on the wealthy of 15%, instantly raising $5.7 trillion

Trump is proposing a onetime net worth tax on individuals and trusts worth 10 million or more. By Trumps calculations, his proposed 14.25 percent levy on such net worth would raise 5.7 trillion and wipe out the debt in one full swoop.

Just based on this comment alone I would vote for him. :24:

He also said he would give OPEC and ultimatum... "Knock it off or else" :24:

He also said that if he would have invaded Libya, he would have taken their oil, because in the old days when a country won a war, they owned the other country.

Oh, and the 14.5% tax was something he was proposing in 2000 when he considered running for President as a member of the Reform party. I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere during this potential run for the office, but I haven't been following it super closely either.
