I want to go to the hospital, but they just keep turning me away. I called the docs office w/ my concerns and they didnt even act like it was a concern. I just checked my bp again and its still high. If you could see my feet, yall would be concerned.. its yellow its so swollen.

As I know for sure too that method really works I have seen patients come to the ER with those types of an opening ( more rounded -ready for labor type ) and even semen on top of the head of the baby ( post coital) due to that method.....so hope you do understand .....And thanks

OK so have Hubby go in with you and do all the talking while you cry in pain.. Go to Emergency and they will direct you to Maternity.

Would they not admit you in Emerg first or is that not how it works in the US ?

That would be my next path of action..

take zac and get your ass to the hospital! tell them about the high bp headaches swelling. seriously if they send you home i would question the intelligence of the RN/MD we would never do that here

I don't understand why they just don't induce you further so you can have the baby. It's more of a risk to both you and Jaxon with you being in the condition that you're in. I'd keep going until you get your point across.

hell no! it scares them LOL same thing with the ambulance. nothing beats delivering one in the front seat of a car and telling dad to take his shirt off so i could wrap the baby in it LOL

They don't want you in ER here either Audraa but they have to admit at first entry point.. They then send you right up to Maternity.

I think it depends on the hospital and the State As a friend of mine who delivered a baby in Illinois had to undergo ER scrutiny b4 shipped to Labor and delivery. Of course after triaging is done and they know it's immediate need then all paper works for admission etc are shipped to L&D

it really was and i just pretty much played catch LOL. i think by the time he pulled up she was crowning, by the time i got gloves on and got there the head was almost out
