Been to the first one, 2 more to go. We may have procrastinated on that a little :smiley24:You did go to Lamaze class with her.... right?
I for one am not looking forward to spending 2 or 3 days in the hospital :yuk
I still get teased for not watching the placenta come out on the video :yuk
lamaze class didnt work for me. That wasnt something I was thinking about in the middle of pushing
:homo:That's the whole reason you have a coach... you aren't supposed to be thinking... It's the coach that helps keep your sanity.
Plus Lamaze isn't just about the pushing... it helps first time parents know what's happening and what to expect. When you know what's going on, it helps reduce the added stress of the unknown. I mean we knew exactly what was going on when the doc had to whip out the IUP and when they did the Apgar test... There is sooo much going on very quickly that it's comforting to know what it is they are doing, and you're not stressing out over things the doc is doing... delivery is stressful enough.
Your supposed to cook it up and eat it for dinner you wuss.
Don't mean I gotta watch it come out!Your supposed to cook it up and eat it for dinner you wuss.
