A hypothetical situation.

Stop asking quesitons that do not have anything to do with the thread topic. Trying to turn the question on me is just showing your unwillingness to answer mine.
No one else is participating, Ron. So converse with me. And you know as well as I do that one topic spawns others. You spawned me.

You're afraid. Why are you afraid to divulge what proof it would take to make you believe?
Um, no. You simply do not want to answer a difficult question.

Ok, I would ask "god" to take me back to the very second he supposedly created everything, and then I would have him show me every biblically significant event first hand. THEN I would acknowledge his existence. BUT, I would not follow him at all.

Now answer my question: Will you dare to disobey someone that you should not question, or will you be an obedient servant and kill your child?

So you would believe, yet still fail to "obey" who you'd know to be The Creator at that point. Interesting. How big are your balls anyway?

Visions aren't dreams.

Who says you really HAD a vision .. how do you know it wa a vision and not a dream?

I don't believe God would do that, he would have no reason to do such a thing .. but if I thought I saw such a thing .. I would have to doubt that I really saw it or if it were simply a dream .. because God hasn't revealed himself in a "vision" or asked such a vivid request of a person thru a vision since before Jesus was hung on the cross. Biblical times.

I would believe it to be a trick of the devil in the disguise of God, trying to trick me.

:)

Big enough to not want to be a servant for the rest of my life.
So then the Creator proves himself to you. Without a doubt. You're made aware of the existence of heaven and hell. And you'd CHOOSE to be the slave a Satan instead? d00d, you gotta know that's a dumb decision.

Are you aware of the story in the bible where god tells a man to kill his own son?

I'm a slave to no one. I simply live my life the way I want to live it.
This is black and white, Ron. You'd have THE proof of God. By not choosing to follow God, you'd choose to follow Satan. You'd be a slave, a cute one. But oh, those demons would have their way with you.

You assume that a person can only do good things if they believe in god. I live a very positive life where I help people, and you don't need god for that. If I'm following Satan, Satan's a pretty nice guy if his deeds are volunteering for food pantries and being nice to people. You're stating a logical fallacy.

answer. my. question.

If someone dosent follow God mainly its because they dont believe in him, so what makes you think the'd be likely to believe in Satan, let alone follow him too?

But how about answering AEFs question?:D
