first time i heard it, some 40 odd years ago, it was just that FDR ignored intelligence that pointed to an impending attack on pearl harbor, so as to have a good reason to get america involved in the war.
made some sense, given the prevailing atmosphere of isolationism that america was embroiled in at the time.
the science of the tower's collapse without explosive charges at their base has been demonstrated to my satisfaction
whether the then new administration ignored intelligence, ala FDR, for it own purposes, is anybody's guess...but this isn't the stuff of conspiracy....it's the stuff of politics (which oftimes appears very similar to conspriacy)
