In history we also used to say it was legal to hold people as slaves because of the color of their skin, burn women at the stake because they had been accused to be witches, and force children to work to death in factories. So do those old laws justify making them legal now?

I am a typical asian of course not the conservative type. Values are values. I dont associate stereotype with values.
