Save Gaza !

yes 2000 a day, check it out before you argue. this arent like intercontinental ballistic missiles they are rather small but can be very damaging

Can you provide a source or something? Even in the peak of this conflict, Hamas have not even been able to fire over 100 per day.

Hoffa kinda contradicts your point several posts ago. 2000 in several years, yes. But in a day... No way.

:thumbup:homo::nod: Exactly...and Israel needs to make their point once and for all and conquer these bastards.
there will be no peace until one side wins

problem is that Israel can not be at war with every nation in the region.

so me thinks it will be something that goes on forever until some nut starts throwing nukes. then they can destroy the whole region and let the rest of the world move on.

They aren't at war with every region.....All the others are sitting back seeing how this Palestinian thing pans out......They are watching how we respond, and how much rope Isreal has, make no bones about it, they are all afraid of Isreal, but they are also afraid of Isreal hiding behind our apron

About half of what you quoted by me wsa taken out of context...By...well you

Ohh, it so wasn't :P

But really, where did I take it out of context?

Not even dignifying it with a response. Simple fact of the matter is, The Plaestinian government is rife with Hamas leadership, which is considered a terrorist sect by...well virtually everone on the planet except Hamas sympathisers.

Execpt in the West Bank, where the government is rife with... Fatah leadership! Who we seem to get along with.

And if they are not willing to grab some brass and really go to way, this chickenshit suicide bombing and lobbing of small arms over the fence is only going to end badly for them.
Yeahh... Qassam Brigades marching on Tel Aviv! Thats gotta take some balls.

Okay some some numbers are incorrect....So 100 is acceptable?

100 is a very liberal estimate by me, (its lower, I know. But I am not sure by how much). Alien Allen has the most correct estimate IMO. And of course, even ONE rocket is unacceptable.

I am not the Isreal-is-completely-evil-and-every-action-they-take-is-totally-wrong kind of person. I honestly think that Isreal has the right to defend itself. But, invading a small strip of coast for a small amount of rockets is a bad idea. Not only does it soldify Hamas's power in Gaza (Even if Isreal fucks them up), but it gives further rationale for its extremeist views.

Secondly, a confilct like this only creates new recruits for Hamas (or any Islamic extremist group). A boy who has lost half his family in an airstrike is probably going to want to destroy Isreal. See what I mean?

To me, its just a constant cycle of hate.

I agree with that:clap

when somebody wants to control land they have to do it by force. Most of the region is against Israel so my point was other than those who have made peace with Israel the rest would have to take a real ass kicking.

I really expect this to one day be a bit of an Armageddon. The Muslims are growing in numbers and with that it stands to reason that the number of nutbag Muslims will also increase.

As stated this current round of attacks is probably to get retaliation against Hamas so that Hamas will get sympathy. Sadly it appears it works for far too many

. Israel originally took Gaza by force in the 60's because of the concerns about rocket attacks. Same with the West Bank. They gave back Gaza if I am not mistaken as part of an effort to get peace. They should take it back IMO as the point is proven that their security is at risk.

...very sadly true...we just have to worry who will start throwing the nukes first as with Iran near by.

i find this statement very interesting, because i was wondering the same thing... will the world step in and help israel or will they be idiots and help the extremists ...

...it is a sad cycle of ignorance. When the boy is educated to understand its because of the terrorists in his own land that's when something will change. unfortunately, hate and irrationality rein over logic in that part of the world.

exactly, i think they should too, for both the Palestinians and the Israelis....imagine how strong and solidified that area would be and how much more stable it would be when only one ruled the region.

The muslims in that region need to find a way to make peace with the other tribes:D

All the tribes are constantly jockeying for position, maybe if anything we should help get that on track..Until then, it will always be tit for tat

Nah uh.

It was taken in the six day war in 1967. At that time Egypt had control of the Gaza Strip, Isreal was concerned of an impending Arab offensive (Egyptian military forces were stationed there) and pre-emptively attacked Syria, Jordan and Egypt in a six day offensive.

Isreal took Gaza from Egypt in the war, and kept on to it till 2005. Then Hamas got elected, and the rest is history.
