Because it's porn with fucking children in it!
Technically, since we have to report child abuse, we should all be arrested for not reporting Homer abusing Bart.
And those children aren't harmed in anyway before or after the making of the porn. They aren't real and no one seems to care.
Saying it has 'children in it' simply means: You find it sick. And you said yourself that isn't a good reason for it to be a law....
