It's kind of a hard issue, because cartoon characters are kind of silly, but there are also more realistic (but still not real) depictions of people. So where would you draw the line? Only when they're real people? Only when they're not realistic enough to be mistaken for real people?
I could see if they were cartoons made to look like somebody REAL...but I just disagree w/ the ruling here. I just do not agree that fictional characters can be violated. *shrugs*

Hell, let's say that cartoon porn in general shouldn't be classified as porn. Obviously they're just fictional drawings, and it isn't real, so I see no reason why it should be considered as porn. In fact, since it isn't real, I'd say it's appropriate for all ages, including children. :smiley24:
Well, who is hurt because of it? Obviosly the cartoons aren't pressing charges, unlike a five year old that was froced to strip before a camera, no one was hurt. Why do we even care what sicko's are doing, its better for them to download cartoons then real children.
