Judaism, Christianity, Islam

Judaism, Christianity, and Islam believe in the same God.

I disagree.

We can disagree, but it's in the Bible.....specifically the Old Testament.

Judaism, nor does Islam believe in the full essence of God as we know Him and as how He has revealed Himself through His Word. They do not believe in the trinity of God's essence.

John 14:6

Furthermore, many others believe they are saved by their own works than by the grace of God.

Each religion got it's roots from the God of Abraham, yes.
Which is why I agree'd with:
They all do believe in the same technical God.

Mark 9:40

This is true. Muslims believe that good deeds get them into heaven......Christians believe that the way to the Kingdom of Heaven is by accepting salvation (Jesus Christ) ......once once accepts salvation of Jesus Christ, good deeds naturally follow......the root however is the same.......GOD.

I dont think Muslims would agree that the God of the Bible is the same as the god of the Quran.
How can they be the same God when the Quran absolutely rejects that Jesus is a part of our triune God? :confused

I dont agree at all with this kind of Ecumenical approach to faith. It muddies the waters about how to be reconciled to God.

The Muslims, Christians, and Jews worship the same God (even though they have different characteristics).
God sent down the Torah, the Bible, and the Quran.

I agree that the Torah is sent by God...since its is a part of the Holy Bible. But if God sent down both the Quran and the Bible, then God is a liar. Both books contradict each other. Allah has no son...The God of the Bible has a Son: Jesus Christ. There is no way to overcome that fundamental difference in their teachings, amongst a myriad of other unreconcileable differences.

But if God sent down both the Quran and the Bible, then God is a liar.

First: Quran was sent more than 600 years after the bible ... not at the same time.
Second: God is never liar ! the liar is who have changed the real bible sent to Jesus. the liar is the authors of the bible !!!
I can prove that the today's bible is not the bible sent to jesus ! here's just an example:

Nine Undeniable Contradictions in the Bible

Then can you say that the god is a liar because the bible (itself) contains so many contradictions ?!!! :humm:
