late term abortions..

i too think its disgusting..in the last abortion debate i posted a vid of a little girl who was celebrating her 1st birthday and had been born at 5 months..she was perfect in everyway.:(
life is precious and anyone who has been pregnant or carried a child will understand this.
both pete and i were astonished that some can defend a murderer or rapists right to life but the also feel pro abortion

To me, until the child is out of the womb, it doesn't have rights, and its the woman's right to choose. I know no one here will agree with this, so its pointless to debate it.
 
at 8 months the child is at full term, and can easily survive outside the womb...don't you think anyone who would even try to abort that late is a total idiot? seriously? why not carry 1 more month and give the baby a chance at adoption? And not wanting to go through labor is no excuse, because at 8 months an abortion includes full on labor and delivery. They are just killing the baby first. That's totally unfair. They could just deliver it early and save it's life. What is the point of killing it?!

so you know your opinion is wrong then in that case ..glad we sorted that out
if you can give no better explanation than that your opinion is contrary to society's..and that it is a womans right to murder a baby which is viable for goodness knows what reason ,then you are wrong and have admitted it to us.
i cannot wait until you are about to be a father and then see what your opinion is then..oh and i really hope that you have that experience in a nice way ,and not to be difficult with you
 
Ron is able to see the black-and-white of it. He equates the baby inside the uterus having no rights and the baby outside the uterus having rights. In his mind, there is no time frame that changes that "fact" to him.

Some people will have the opposite view. Any amount of time in utero gives the child the right to live.

And the third group says the fetus can be aborted, but there comes a "point" where it cannot.

You are asking Ron to look at it from an emotional POV. That's not how he thinks when he has an opinion. He's been very structured like that for as long as I've seen him debate.
