Death penetly for child rape

so you guys want to mutilate also? Not just murder people? Geeesh.
I don't want to kill them.
But shoving them in jail to make them unable to commit another crime or demasculinating them to make them less likely to commit a crime, whatever you wanna do...is fine by me.

The fact you do not understand the difference between murder and an execution tells me no matter what I say it will go right over your head.
No execution is definitely murder. There's really no difference between a man going out and shooting someone and a room full of people deciding on whether someone is going to die or not. Both events are premeditated taking of a person's life. The murder may have his court day, but no obvious murderer has a snowball chance in hell in getting off scott-free.

scott free : living in jail with 3 square meals a day, cable tv, phone & mail priviledges, conjugal visits, and a bed to sleep in tax free .. while I work my ass off to pay taxes to pay for it all.

Having your freedom taken away is definitely nothing to be laughed at. Your freedom as a human being, to be happy in life, is gone. TV won't bring that back.

Taking a life, be it by murder or execution, is wrong. (Leave self defense out of this.) A criminal who murders is wrong. A society that kills a murderer is wrong.

Your moral relativism aside you are wrong. If a serial killer breaks into a home and strangles a woman to death for fun it is not the same as executing that same serial killer for his crimes. It is in no way at all the same.

Once a person gets put in jail fr an extended period of time .. they are sent to a whle other type of society. They have alcohol. cigarettes, sex, tv, radio, outsid einfluence, drugs .. anything they want basically.

They may not be living out here .. but trust me .. most of them aren't "suffering" in there.

My son's father got put in prison (not jail) for 10 years for attempted murder many moons ago (after I left him) .. I've heard about prison. He didn't seem to overly impressed or scared of it.

And I do laugh at them .. I laugh at them for doing what they did to get pout in there in the first place .. for actually thinking they wouldn't get caught and punished for it.

Both are premeditated. Why should a society have the right to premeditate a killing?

Death by anothers hand is death by anthers hand = murder. They may have different conotations .. but it is still death at another human beings hands .. it's not a natural death.

You need to think outside the box a bit.

That being said .. I am not opposed to the death penalty tho. I believe that when someone commits a heinous crime .. society shoudl not spend the rest of that person's natural life paying for them. THey should be terminated and removed fromsociety, since they cannot function normally inside society.

Animals do it in nature .. they kill members of their societies that do not conform to the societal standards. We are no different.

should they suffer?

Of course they are morons for landing their butts in prison, but having their freedom as an individual taken away outweighs any physical pleasure than can be squeezed out of cigs and some ass once in a while.
