Sorry, I couldn't help but find it somewhat funny that the news reports I read that it was noted that the gunman was not thought to be linked to an Islamic terrorist group.
I guess we're past the old days when people were just plain nuts.
If there had been a person with a gun in the audience with shooting experience their might have been less dead
I myself do no have a gun but only because of financial reasons I shot expert in the Marines 4 years in a row and had Range High trophy 4 years in a row.
I also would have tried to attack him however not being there I cannot say I would have had a chance to but If I did I would have attacked him.
if the mass of people would attack him all at once there would have been less dead but you would have to put your life at steak and most people are not willing to do that
it makes sense to preserve your self
I have had tons of training on this and am 4th degree black belt and a little insane lol
its so sad!
i want to know WHY a 3MONTH OLD and a 6yr old were even there!?
I'm just going to say this one bit, and then I'm not going to go back and forth with this because I don't feel like causing forum drama... but who the hell cares that parents had young children there? The movies are supposed to be a fun & safe place to enjoy yourself - at ANY time of the night, for ANY age.
And I'm not just picking on you - I've been seeing this everywhere and it's BS.
I agree totally shan. Let's keep the blame where it belongs.
So how did this become about bad parenting and not the lunatic who changed those peoples lives forever? Remind me...
If a 3 month old gets out of the house and gets run over by a car, do you blame the driver of the car or the parents?
Anyway you cut it, kids don't belong at a midnight movie showing.
