I thought B12 was for energy? That's why it's in all the energy drinks and stuff.

To be honest, you should see a doc before starting any supplements too. Just because they're "natural" doesn't mean they can't have side effects.
melatonin doesn't work for me. Tried it.
No carbs either. Until the munchies kick in.Smoke a joint? That just has to work.
I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest not ploughing all manner of drugs into your system... Maybe I'm completely out of touch; but perhaps you're in this problem in the first place because of dependencies....
You want to lose weight and you can't sleep. Yet you're not considering exercise. Not even sit ups or press ups. This is mad to me. I was doing some pretty intense exercise for two and a half hours yesterday evening. I ached something awful, but I slept like a baby.
