Tomorrow night, you'll be mine. Damn it. I'm tired of these sleepless nights, getting to bed at 5am. If I wasn't worried about gaining 5-10 more pounds, I'd pound about 5 beers and pass out. :(:mad

Try working out and living a healthier lifestyle. Then the sleep will follow.

Dana go rent "An Inconvenient Truth". If that doesn't put you to sleep I will pay for the beer.

Ah missed are the days when 2 tabs of benadryl and a few beers would put me on my ass! LOL
i dont think that works anymore but meh, its worth a try...

Ambien and Tramadol... whew! those things put me on my ass within 30 minutes!
I have insomnia, and from time to time i have to rely on either of those to relax me and put me to sleep, and so far ive had no issues getting them to work.

talk to your dr. see if there is anything he/she can do to help - im not telling you meds is the only way to go but for some people, like myself it is the only way i can get to sleep some nights.

Or you could look into an actual sleep aid, LOL

...says the girl who uses Nyquil, LMFAO

Please be careful doing that. If you use it too often you're going to have a hard time not using it. Or at least I did. Then again, that was back in the 90's before they reformulated it.

After my dad died, my mom had a hard time sleeping as she was used to having to wake up through the night. She was prescribed Lunesta (the Butterfly) and it worked w/out being addicting. Tylenol PM is a good one too.

The thing about drinking is you'll fall asleep, but you don't get good sleep all night.

I should clarify that I might use it a few times a year, at most, if I'm not sick. But you're absolutely right.

On a related note, I just saw a commercial this morning for Zzzyquil...no shit!!! Sleep aid made by Nyquil.
