Find yourself a flexible plastic bic pin. Pull the cap out of one end and the pen out of the other. Cut slots on both ends for the rubber band to slide into. Make a hole in the center of the pen casing large enough for the pen to slide through. Tie a knot in the rubber band, so that the knot is in the center. Attach the rubber band to the pen casing. Slide the pen through the hole...and badda boom, you have a bow and arrow.
