Stop deflecting... you know what rape is. So, was that women guilty of rape or adultery? It's a very very simple question, and one that I think all of us would like a clear answer to. I'll even restate it for you.

In the article I linked, was the woman guilty of rape or adultery? Additionally, was her punishment of death justified?

I am not deflecting....that woman committed adultery and she was given the maximum
penalty of Death. If the death penalty was according to the commandment of the Quran I have no reason to disagree with that but let me check it up...for specifics.
There are different penalties for married men and unmarried people stated in the Quran,. You can google for detail..but if I get time I will revert with quotes from the Quran.


Again, i regret to see YOU ranting about rape. In simple words if you fuck a woman by force and against her will , that constitutes RAPE. Any type of other sexual indulgence which is consensual is also 'rape' or as you put it ''fornication''.....For the first is death penalty to the rapist....in the 2nd case lashes (am reverting as to specifics!!)

OK... this should be interesting as the owner of this site and half the Valdosta Mafia MODs are women cops.

The word "consensual" and "rape" do not belong in the same sentence. The only exception is the case of statutory rape, and the concept there is that the girl is not old enough to legally consent.

However, in a cultural where a girl can be married at the age of 9, that is kind of a moot point, now ain't it?
