wow.... well over a year after I sold my house and canceled my homeowners insurance, USAA sent me a bill with a cancellation notice that I have to pay like $400 by the end of the month of have insurance cancelled on a house that I haven't owned since last July :24:

send them a bill for wasting your valuable time

oh they're trying to charge me for the full like $1300 for the year now :wtf:

three supervisors later and they're going to get my former mortgage company on the phone to clear it up. Maybe I'll get the money from last year's policy, since I'm assuming that came out of my escrow account.

well I got a 77% on my math midterm.... still have a B in the class. phew. I need to study better over the last half of the course though, cause I'd like to try and pull off an A.

and in other news, I just got disconnected from the insurance company /facepalm

insurance company called back with the mortgage company on the line as well... they confirmed the date the house was sold, and authorized the payment to be credited back to me So I'll be getting a check for $800 or so in a few weeks.
