5 more days until wrestling starts. Bye-bye the short period where I get to drink soda, eat salty snacks, and go to bed after midnight.

I'm more successful in wrestling than in football. I did it at 135 in Junior High, and we took district, we actually had to cut people because we had too many. My HS was horrible, though, we only have 14 or 15 people :dunno got a new coach this season, perhaps we won't do so embarassing.

WRESTLING UPDATE!!

152 lbs, varsity 1st heat, freestyle (freestyle is the one where you can grab wrestler's legs)

it's pretty fun, we run and practice moves all the time, new coach lott is much better

MY arms are sticks but i have some ups.

Im acully more like 6-3 but you know same thing.

I coined the phrase

"weight lifting is for noobs"

well i paid the conqeqences

and i stick my finger down my throat after i eat.

I eat constintly, accully im eating now :blah i love food. Just cant gain weight. Im not as bad as this one kid on my bball team that is a full 6-4 and weighs only 145. Plus he has a 6-9 wing span.

well dude you don't gain weight by just eating. OK, here's a couple of tips from a football player. I'm almost 5'9" and i weight a little over 152, but my body fat % is only 4%. here are tips to gain weight:

1) eat, then eat, then go and eat, then go and eat some more. if you don't eat a fuckload, you won't gain weight.

2) to gain muscle, you need to consume AT LEAST 1 gram of protein for each pound of your body weight. if you don't, well good luck on gaining weight then.

3) EAT!!! START NOW!!!

4) lift weights. but don't overdo it or tire yourself all the time. if you thing that tiring is good well congrats you are a bullshitter. your muscle grows not in the gym but when you rest, sleep, or take naps. so the more you rest the more muscle you gain, quite ironically.
but still, do plenty of weights :D

5)GODFUCKINDAMMIT I DONT SEE YOU EATING SOLDIER!!!

6) but don't eat enough to gain fat instead of muscle, remember that.

7) no more than 2 pounds a week. be patient, and keep in mind that well, like 10 extra lbs will look GREAT on you and it only takes like a month!

so follow these simple steps and i guarantee you that you'll look like nothing short of bradd pitt or matt ratliff. and don't listen that bullshit about high metabolism, that the biggest fucking bullshit i've ever heard since britney spears, if you exercise, your metabolism WILL show down.

You don't seem to understand. Simply EATING A SHITLOAD doesn't help people with high metabolisms.

I ate three plates of food at a chinese buffet at 3 pm today.

I ate four slices of pizza at 7:30ish today

I ate another 4 slices of pizza just a few minutes ago (12:30)

I eat until I'm full. I eat when I'm hungry. Eating to gain weight doesn't always work. Period.

As far as lifting weights. You're right, don't wear yourself out. Muscles take 24 hours to heal. So don't lift at 3pm and then go lift again at 10 pm. You'll just end up hurting yourself.

yeah if you have very loose joints then don't even mentioning words "lifting weights" i pulled my joints in my 2003 season so i was out for 2 weeks

Today so far i have ate

2 jumbo cheese dogs

grill cheese sandwich and tomato soup

large thing of salsa and chips

bowl of cereal

Potato chips and dip

bunch of grapes

a whole can of chicken and dumpling soup

a whole orange

small sausges

toast

and some flaming cheetos

and i lift weights every day for bball

I run a lot because of bball its pretty much constitant running so thats exercise.

good job. here's a tip for breakfast, because breakfast is the most important meal: 4 eggs, but one yolk; cup of rice; a fruit. also, made your lunch the biggest meal if possible. and eat 6 times/day instead of 3, that way you have more energy. and i'm going to repeat the water thing again...DRINK H2O lol i'm sure ur sick of it too!
