lol it's cool. But you just need to understand that one's metabolism plays a large roll in it. Next time you think "damn that skinny kid needs to gain weight" Just realize it may not be as easy for him as it is for you to gain and lose.

I wrestled 171 collegiate and 171.5 in Greco, Sombo, Freestyle, and Judo I won state in AAU three times and went to nationals twice (one years didn't have money for the trip to Michigan.) I wrestled John Smith of Oklahoma U and he beat me by a few. Practiced with Dan Gable and Ken Chertow. I have been around.

Nope I am old and outta shape like you read about! I was good in my day but age has taken its toll on me. I love to relive the old memories but for me I am done. My last hoorah was coaching the USS Goerge Washington wrestling team on our 1998 cruise.
well, it sounds like you had a good run. I wrestled through jr high and first couple years of highschool. I got a neck injury and had to quit. I was successfull when i did wrestle, I really wish I could have kept going. Its a fun sport, and I am very competitve in individual sports, which really helped me succeed. At my univeristy we've got a few Nationally ranked wrestlers. Our program is nearly always successful

Sweet man! I was (no shite) 64-3 my junior year. I also played foozball at Inside Linebacker. I (at the time ) had a chip on my shoulder and was out for blood no matterwhat sport I played. I am in the who's who in high school athletics for foozball and wrestling for 1990 thru 1993. (senior year I broke my arm and was out.OUZBnd said:
