I had a couple toward the end of college that still really freak me out. Details are getting fuzzy, but in one I was kidnapped and held hostage in my own bedroom. I texted the police (apparently that's allowed in dreams) and the girl kidnapper turned them away. I started screaming "Oh god they've got me, help me help me HELP ME!" Someone started talking back to me and I woke up. On the phone. I can't imagine how the person on the other end felt.
There was a similar one not long after that, and I just remember waking up and leaving my face buried in the pillows because I knew if I looked, people would be standing.
After I moved here, I had my first experience with dream paralysis. I had a dream that the Rock was trying to attack me (I have no clue why the Rock was in my dreams). I woke up then, and had my back to the door. I was convinced someone was standing there watching me and couldn't even turn my head. After about five or ten minutes of freaking out and not being able to move, I fell back asleep, sort of into the same dream world. There was a turtle outside the bedroom window and then I was in the car with the turtle at a bus stop. Something about driving from the backseat, even though the car was sawed in half and pressed up against my bedroom window. A bunch of kids and parents were there, all wearing the same shirt. My mom came up and I was telling her all about everything and she said "I think you're going crazy, let's go see a psychiatrist" and I refused, so she pulled these happy pills out and then EVERYONE at the bus stop started crowding me (like in a zombie movie), trying to get me to take these pills.
