If you substitute equality for fairness, I think most people believe in these ideas. There are just different opinions as to how to realize them. I'm not very polarized on Politics, and I'd be offended if you tried to claim them as "liberal only."

If you looked passed the political differences, it's all a joke. Most politicians are corrupt. The biggest problem this country has isn't which side your on.... It's how we can join together and make peace with the world. If you look into it, the first thing that needs to happen is to break up our banking system, they own the government and all of our lives with credit. Did you know the Federal Bank Reserve isn't even government ran? Be more angry when they make a universal Federal ID and get rid of states rights. Trust me there is much more to be wondering than who is who....

Depends on the issue and its got nothing to do with political viewpoint it has to do with practicality. We can go up and down the issues and I can explain to you quite easily why the position taken by the left either does not work or actually is counter-productive.

Peter, you need to understand that in the last 10-20 years the conservatives in this country has distorted the term Liberal into a negative term. There is nothing wrong with being liberal or having liberal views, it's just the negative connotation that the right wing has put on it.

Liberals created the negative connotation by having views that don't square with the mainstream. In fact, liberals have had control of the media for decades and despite that control still cannot sell socialism to the American people.

Actually, it not about the attitudes its about the manner of accomplishing a goal. Liberals don't like the fact that some people have more than other people so they attempt to equalize by having the government take from the rich and give to the poor--the problem is that ends up hampering the economy--jobs are lost, tax revenue decreases, taxes need to be raised, etc. Communism has been tried--many times--its failed every time. There's a reason for that.
