Omg :s they think suicide? Like the Britney Spears- Everytime video?

i do not think they know yet. reports are saying that she took xanax before every performance....

my question would be...at what point are some of these doctors gonna be held accountable for the lack of disregard that some of them show for common sense. at what point does a person's welfare become more important than the number of zeros in their bank account

I read somewhere that a mix of xanax and liquor would be enough to make her fall asleep in the tub and drown.

Very sad.

I, too, feel badly for those she left behind. However, in the end, no matter how many grammies, tony's, oscars, or Nobels you've won, you're still a person.

"From dust you came, to dust you will go"

She put her panties on, one leg at a time, just like every other girl in the US.

There'll be another Golden Voice to take her place, albeit temporarily.

The only person to blame for taking contraband is the person taking it, unless it was forced on them. I don't think that Bobby Brown is or was exceptionally talented, he just got lucky with his band when he was a kid. I have never heard a record since the Ghostbusters 2, I think it was, soundtrack

I just saw a news story about how the last photo taken of her she was "disheveled and disoriented."

In all honesty, I truely feel sorry for the woman. I remember hearing her in the 80's. Never would of thought then how this would of ended for her now.

Sometimes you never know how good you really have it.

Perhaps this is a good example of what "rest in peace" means when someone dies.

Even though it's their own doing, I *do* find it sad when people get trapped in addiction and lose their lives to it. And I'm not saying that IS what happened w/ Whitney b/c for all we know she was clean and sober when she passed away...but the likelihood is certainly there. I have a history of addiction in my family and I would imagine it's a big reason that I've always been careful about over-indulging. Aside from caffeine (yes, I know it doesn't count), I don't know that I've had any addictions.

I think it's easy to hate or be annoyed by addicts...it's hard to understand why they do what they do, why they hurt people and throw their lives away. I've been burned by addiction far too many times, but I choose to try to remember these people are lost. I think it's much more than some people can over come. Addiction is powerful.

I think the "crack is whack" moment was the turning point of her downward spiral. Sad.

Clean, perhaps....sober no. It was reported in several places that she was drinking.

I've seen first hand how an addiction can ruin a life, it's so sad.

Found it interesting that the body was found by one of her "entourage", yet by most accounts, the woman was going broke and had nothing lined up as a source of income.

Kind of like some of these pro athletes who make millions, get out of the sport, and then go broke.
