My humble advice, would be to let her know how you feel, gauge the response though. We all respond to feelings differently, it is hard to expect somebody to be accountable for the way they treat you if you do not set a healthy marker out there. I am sure she will appreciate your candor and interest in talking through it rather than holding it inside and showing angst is some subtle way.
