Typical Southern food actually. The Spanish love seafood and cured ham and hard ass bread. Pretty much anything they can soak in olive oil. They love them some ham sammiches!

oh my GOD that sounds awesome. I havent ever had a falafel, partially being because I am from the south but it sounds like something i need to try! Those are greek right?A falafel: stuffed with hummus, lettuce, tomatos, cucumber, green peppers, sprouts. Oh, and the falafel should be a tiny bit spicier than usual. Yum.
