Typical Southern food actually. The Spanish love seafood and cured ham and hard ass bread. Pretty much anything they can soak in olive oil. They love them some ham sammiches!

Oh my god that sounds so dang good! Now thats some good southern eatin' right there! What about adding some fried cabbage and fried potatoes to that as well?;)

A falafel: stuffed with hummus, lettuce, tomatos, cucumber, green peppers, sprouts. Oh, and the falafel should be a tiny bit spicier than usual. Yum.

oh my GOD that sounds awesome. I havent ever had a falafel, partially being because I am from the south but it sounds like something i need to try! Those are greek right?

If I could have one meal that I wanted:

My moms fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, with a side of either corn or peas.

I go back for 3rds when she makes that... oh man I'm hungry.

No, originally Egyptian, I think. Now just generally Middle Eastern. Very popular in Israel and Syria, according to Matt.
