Whats for dinner tonight?

Chicken breasts are thawing now. Will toss in the slow cooker with some salad dressing after lunch.

what type of dressing would you use? we had boneless chicken last night (pan fried, with peanuts, onions and peppers with long grain rice) but the wife put a ton of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce on it and it didn't taste as good as I thought it could be....

We have used catalina and some other types. Today it is Kraft honey mustard with chipotle dressing and dip. That is a new flavor they came out with last fall. I like it a lot. Will make some mashed potatoes and peas with it.

I'll probably have rotisserie chicken and asparagus...or maybe a salad.

Those rotisserie chickens are good. We grab one and it makes a good base meat for a couple meals for the two of us. I have a bad habit of eating half of my breast on the way home with it. :tooth

They are good. I ended up picking one up the other day to use in my buffalo chicken dip. Way cheaper than buying the chicken breasts AND it's already cooked for me!!!

the peanuts add crunch to the mix...and its not that bad actually

Cocktail sausages in bbq sauce and grape jelly, beef and ham and cheese sandwiches, dips, chips, relish trays, wings, deviled eggs, pasta salads.
My friend Roxie's hubs band were the entertainment, full bar, but only one drinkie-poo for me.
Came home to ring in the New Year with my puppy, where it's quiet LOL

It'll be a lean cuisine something or other.
I've got butternut squash ravioli or spaghetti.
