My neighbor just brought me a huge bottle of Cuervo gold. In the old days, I could shoot it w/ a little lemon and salt, but now I'd probably spit it back out, LOL

Tee hee. It's a South Beach Diet thing. Instead of using a cornbread mix or using cornmeal, you use Great Northern Beans and eggs for the batter. It's actually very good...or I like it, at least.

Went out for dinner tonight and had a yummy bacon cheeseburger and some sour cream and chive fries. And pickles!

Shrimp! Damn things are staring at me every time I go in the big meat freezer. We had bought them for company who could not make it over the holidays so I will steam half now and make the rest for super bowl.

Not sure yet. Kinda irritated I was right at the Supermarket waiting on a cab and didn't think to grab some gluten free pizza shells only that one carries.

OMG!!! I had Churrasco steak, fried sweet plantains and salty plantains. It was AMAZING.

I had some fried plantains down in St. Pete a few years ago. Was hard to believe they were like a banana. Tasted more like a potato but sweet.

Stopped at a deli and got a cobb salad with honey dijon dressing.
One of the nurses I work with brought in puffed pastry wrapped brie.
Dear God.. talk about delicious.
