left over spinach that was from Saturday i had it freeze .... but not meat left, so will be making some garlic bread slices got some old bread that need to finish and also feta cheese..

Probably whatever my MIL makes.. I have no desire for food at all.. and the idea of making supper just doesn't go over well..

Stir fry w/ chicken. Weird veggie for stir fry (again), I guess...squash, zucchini (that's the only weird ones), onions, carrots, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, and broccoli.

baked pork chops seasoned with garlic salt, Tony's, onion powder, paprika, and dried rosemary drizzled with EVOO, cheesy red potatoes, and green been casserole!

Chicken, cereal, a sandwich, soup, and a cookie.

Everyone else just had chicken, but I eat a lot so that just didn't cut it.

I had the steak parmesan bistecca from Olive Garden w/ asparagus that was drizzled w/ Balsamic Vinegar and zucchini.

I'm making salsa chicken. It's really easy, but this is my 1st time making the recipe, so I hope it's as good as it looks. Basically you coat boneless skinless chicken breasts w/ taco seasoning, cover w/ salsa and bake. Then you top w/ cheese and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes and serve it w/ a dollop of sour cream.

I make it a different way. Chicken breasts and salsa in the croc pot. It's good.

leftovers!! i have some from both monday and tuesday night! there was no way i was gonna cook again tonight and put MORE leftovers in the fridge!
