I think I might make a quickie carrot and celery soup for tonight...incredibly boring. I plan a taco bake and a tofu chocolate pie for tomorrow :D Never had the tofu pie but it looks legit.

Ooooh, lemme know how it turns out, please. I like tofu.

I will! Idk if I already said it but I made a "chocolate chip cookie dip" from this website:
http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/05/23/want-to-eat-an-entire-bowl-of-cookie-dough/

It was a litttle funky but my blender is bad. I used white beans and there are still some whole ones. A good food processor could make this recipe amazing. I don't get the salt and baking soda either, I would omit them.

Yeah, if you're not BAKING it I don't get the baking soda, either. *shrugs* So it's basically a dessert hummus, kinda. That's interesting. I might just try it.

It's casserole night at work. I don't remember everything, but I know there's a chicken and broccoli casserole, a cabbage casserole (ummm, no thanks, no cabbage for me since I got food poisoning off it before), a cream cheese and sausage casserole, a hashbrown casserole, a dressing casserole, a sweet potato casserole, and my dirt cake. Yum yum!!!

I had thin chicken thighs with Italian herb seasoning and oven baked Alexia Sweet Potato Fries.
