Hot Italian Sausage, sadly I could not get the Chinese food I was craving because there is no Chinese restaurant in this town.

Dinner was Chinese food

Mongolian lamb, Black bean sauce, oyster chicken, and some rice ..

but i have not have take away for long time and the place i used to get it cook always great food but this time was bad taste was bad been so long i guess must change who cook the food seems i need to find another now i was so happy having take-away food but turn not so good.

We're having chicken tenders (sauteed in olive oil) and tender green beans w/ steamed carrots.

was tired and i didn't bother to eat dinner last night .. now am starving will have a big breakfast

tonight will be chicken burgers just with lettuces and mayo.. maybe some chips too

sorry bout the plastic plate i use them when i eat and watch TV it is more easy
oh and i should had change the settings to the camera look bad the pic but i am not good with that

A HUGE bowl of generic cocoa pebbles and the better part of a half a gallon of milk.

I need to go to the commissary and get some quick fix real food.
