I love bolognese sandwiches. When I was a kid I would just roll up a slice and eat it cold just like that. I've never tried it with spaghetti before. :licklips:

I don't have enough chicken thawed- I seriously meant to pull it out earlier, and I don't much feel like deboning and deskinning right now, so I'm going to have what little chicken is thawed, some carrots, peppers, and cream corn with it.

Salad (Lettuce, red cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped cauliflower, chopped zucchini, cherry tomatoes, seasoned croutons)
French Dressing
French Bread slathered with margarine
Glass of Wine


Too hot for anything else. Did not want to deal with the BBQ.

We had white chicken chili w/ low fat shredded Mexican cheese and fat free sour cream. Twas yummy!!!

8 oz sirloin cooked medium well, loaded baked potato, side salad & rolls! I'm full & going to have to kick it in over drive tonight @ the gym.
