Holy crap! I check my weight almost every day. Scales are more accurate than my eyeballs looking at my legs. I will heat up some spaghetti type dish we had last night. Home made sauce is great with our burger in it.Definitely a salad after finally stepping on the scale to see what damage the holidays did.

Just concentrate and make smart meal choices. And smaller portions. Portion control sucks! I had to push myself away from eating seconds last night. Will have it tonight instead. Stay focused and get exercise regularly. That is what is killing me since this foot problem started. I miss the walking and will get back into it when I ain't hurting.

Baking a chicken breast casserole with cream of chicken soup and stuffing mix around the edges. Topped the chicken with some cheddar and sharp cheddar shredded on top.
not if you slather it in sniffy sauce....understood...it is hard to keep chicken from drying out...
