Not sure what I'll be ordering just yet, but my nephew requested Olive Garden so that's where we're eating.

I didnt cook and had lunch meat {ham}
Cookies as well as toast with cream cheese and jelly.
Tomorrow I will eat at a cafe that has a buffet...I do that quite a bit...its easy no mess and cheaper than cooking at home.

I made chicken thighs with peach mango salsa, baked potato with fat free sour cream, sliced carrots and a garden salad with grated parmesan.

I am at the moment full of bacon sausage scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy French toast hash browns and the best cinnamon rolls on this side of the ocean ..best coffee I have had in two or three years ...the little place had it going on....I give it five stars.

A breakfast buffet is hard to pass up. Used to hit one truck stop that had a huge one. All the baked goods were fresh made in their own bakery. Folks would eat there and leave with goodies from the bakery to take along. Had a whole crew of Mennonite ladies working the kitchen and bakery.

For sure I can always eat breakfast foods....This find was a complete accident.
I was out is less populous areas with small towns being several miles apart.
I whip out the android looking for a Chinese restaurant or a Mexican restaurant...the nearest of either was about 40 to 50 miles.
So I go to the old cafe....building has to be about 100 years old....simple painted sign for the name of the establishment.
I am greeted by a hand written sign on the front door...No electronic transactions...Cash only.
Go in and see the buffet along the wall...all breakfast items....appeared a little odd as it was evening...None the less I like breakfast foods.
Turns out she does it once a month..{A breakfast buffet in the evening}...the rest of the time its regular menus.
I will be going there again for sure :)
