What milk do you drink?

Most of us are conscious about our weight and purchase lower fat milk. Which one do you go for:

Full fat
semi skimmed
skimmed

lol @ Red Top. It's been a while since I have heard that.

I use Almond Milk. I know that many people have nut allergies nowadays but I love it in anything I would use milk in. Almond milk and Chai tea are to die for. There is not a health reason I just am not a fan of milk in everything. I love to use it in certain recipes and where I see fit but I have a tough time using it daily.

I have been known to get half and half which has a very high fat content..great for when getting over the flu.

I use almond milk in my cereal sometimes. I like the vanilla almond a lot even though it's not as good for you as regular almond milk.

I don't like drinking milk straight. I do like milk for my cereal, or for when I heat up canned tomato soup.

yeah I usually call it 2% but I didn't know if that is a common term outside the US
