This is going to sound mean but I Don't think you should donate to noobs.
Make them earn it so they can get involved in the forum.

I just like to give back rather than get it because I'm a giver by nature & when I 1st joined here, someone donated a bunch to me & made me feel like they actually liked me & thought I was worth it.
I just want to extend the same courtesy seeings it made me feel good.
I always give away my tokenz as soon as I hit 1,000 of them. I give them all to Red Ryder and then I feel really guilty whenever someone donates tokenz to me because I only give them away again straight away.
