Ok, I spent the last hour watching Jim Butcher interviews - for the ones who doesn't know, he is a writer of some very successful book series, The Dresden Files and the Codex Alera. I only read the Dresden Files so far, and let me tell you, I. Am. In. Love.

I never been enthusiastic about any writer and never was so excited about a book release. But Jim Butcher has some kick ass main character who is charming, witty, snarky, and wonderfully flawed.

One day I want to have all the books in hard cover

Ok, I spent the last hour watching Jim Butcher interviews - for the ones who doesn't know, he is a writer of some very successful book series, The Dresden Files and the Codex Alera. I only read the Dresden Files so far, and let me tell you, I. Am. In. Love.

I love Harry so much I want him to be happy and end up with Murphy, tho not before the "Big Apocalyptic Trilogy" that caps the Dresden file series - as a general rule, no secret agent, PI or the like will have a happy relationship until the true end of the story.
Gosh darnit, Harry suffered enough (and he will suffer so so so much more) he deserves to end up with someone good. In Karrin he has a very good friend who can hold her own in the supernatural world, and those two things, in my opinion, are very important in a woman who will end up with Harry eventually.

So there, my love is greater, because it is selfless love

Yeah, Jim said he originally planned to have 20 books in the series capped by a Big Apocalyptic Trilogy, simply because , to quote Jim "who doesn't like a Big Apocalyptic Trilogy .. and I think it's coo l".

But the happenings in book 12 Changes, he had initially planned to happen in book 10, so we might be getting more books

Yeah, I don't think he would want it, but in the course of the story he had to do things he didn't want to, all because of the circumstances, so who knows. Heck, I never thought he would end up as a Warden, but he did. :dunno
