Those are the rules for members under 16. The admins put those rules in effect to try to safeguard some of our members. When you turn 16, you will have normal privileges. If you have a problem w/ things like that, you need to PM the admins instead of bringing it to the board like this. It's not gonna change things...but it will help keep other members from ganging up on you b/c, I can promise you, there's not much that we dislike more than a whiner. Life's not fair...get over it. All minor members have these restrictions...you're not being singled out.
