Yeah, my mother's bf has a cottage somewhere out there which they used to go to every summer... she always brought home smoked salmon... mmmmmm.... best stuff in the world...
That looks like it could be .... Moraine Lake but a lot of the Mountain lakes look somewhat alike..
Now I want to go to the mountains
I never been to Moraine Lake but yeah... most of them look so similiar but you still get in awe seeing it...
I never been to any mountains or lakes this year...
I need a car so I can travel there... I'm such an outdoors girl when it comes to that sort of thing... also nothing like reading a book an afternoon beside a lake and watch the sunset while you cook supper on a campfire with a beverage

We went a couple weeks ago.. for the day.. but we only were in Banff didn't go anywhere else.. had fun walking around the shops and town.

Ohhhh I love roads that are that way, especially if they are dead and barely anyone travels on them, I would stop and sit down and maybe peek over the ravine a bit, you just have to travel very slow, also have good weather.
Banff is such a beautiful little place, I haven't been there since I was a kid... there is some candy stores there which are very good, I wonder if they are still around
