I'd end up driving around for about two hours before I ever found a place to park... lets just say parking is at a premium by the school, and there aren't nearly enough spaces... and there is one less lot this year because they're finally building a parking garage, but of course that won't be done until like next summer

Actually, that could be smart, as some employees may have to battle the elements (traffic) which may have adjusted their attitude towards a more negative tone.

Sleeping it off sounds like a good policy, although I am sure most will just rest (not nap) for 30, chatting about the commute and stuff.
