Webhosting company not replying to support ticket

A webhosting company is refusing to reply to the support ticket regarding installation of software they promised. What is the best way to make them reply?

Keep sending them tickets and hope they can reply to it. Otherwise, it's time to cancel your hosting and go with another hosting that's reliable. I had this issue with Dreamhost, I ran into a issue and they never replied to my support ticket so I cancelled my hosting and went with another hosting. I was also honest with the survey they usually have when you leave a service.

I’d move to a different web hosting provider that actually cares about their customers.

A web hosting provider that doesn’t provider that doesn’t respond to support tickets isn’t a worthy server company.
