What I suggest is anyone trying to lose weight is to not only eat in moderation, but eat tuna. Believe it or not, tuna is not only delicious, but you'll lose the weight real fast.

I have learned to love tuna. I chop up Clausen dill pickles and mix those and lite mayo into the tuna and eat it on whole wheat bread. Yummy. And tuna is packed with protein, takes a while to get hungry again.:thumbup

It's better if you just eliminate the mayo entirely. It's just eggs and oil, and I've grown to be disgusted by it.

Edit: Another piece of good advice is to eat some grain (pasta, cereal, bread, whatever) before you work out and then eat some tuna or other meat afterwards.

Totally true but it mixes up so much better with just a little added. Besides if you buy it at Subway it already has lite mayo in it. I sometimes get a footlong tuna on wheat there and eat 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner. I don't eat much bread or pasta anymore but I'm loving the Post Honey nut Shredded Wheat (it isnt frosted)

you know, if you regulate yourself too closely you'll have a better chance of abandoning your diet altogether. You should choose moderation instead of such strict regulation. Treat yourself to those frosted cereals, it won't hurt too much. ;)

Actually I'm finding it very easy to stick to so far. I almost never feel hungry, and theres nothing I'm "not allowed" to eat. As for the cereal, I like the Honey nut unfrosted just as much so no loss there.

These Weight Watchers frozen entrees are perfect. They have the point value on the front, one fills me up for dinner, and they actually taste good.
