im with ya! I want to look good for having 2 kids!
I hate that the girls that are my age are way smaller and have so much to offer... :( I dont think i will find me a good guy unless i work on my looks alittle. Who wants an old mother of two that have stretch marks?

I so hear ya on that one! I have got to get my stomach and butt in better shape. I think my stretchmarks will always be visisble but I be more attractive with a flat stomach and some curves.

I still say her goal is too low... she looks superbly AWESOME at 140 lbs. But I will support her getting to her goals because that is what she wants!

Started my new way of life today! :) Even went grocery shopping. :) Im going to the gym when I get off work

I've lost a lot of fat over the past month, I've been regularly working out for an hour and a half, sometimes two, for the past five weeks. What I suggest is anyone trying to lose weight is to not only eat in moderation, but eat tuna. Believe it or not, tuna is not only delicious, but you'll lose the weight real fast.

Moreover, a very effective schedule for getting in fit goes thus: Monday: jog, Tuesday: lift weights, Wednesday: jog, and etc and so forth while taking the weekend to rest and gain more muscle. I can't say much about me losing weight itself, though, seeing as how muscle weighs more than fat and I went from 212 to roughly 224 in 5 weeks alone. I'll post some pics up when I've reached a satisfactory stage so I can give more advice on getting in shape. :D
